Child Safety Standards
These published standards explain how MatchVibe Dating App addresses child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
MatchVibe Dating App prohibits any content, conduct, account, profile, message, image, video, solicitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or other activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. CSAM and CSAE are not allowed anywhere in our service.
Adults-only service
MatchVibe is intended only for users aged 18 and older. Users must provide accurate account and profile information and may not impersonate another person or attempt to contact minors through the platform.
Reporting in the app
Users can report safety concerns from profile, discovery, and chat screens using the in-app report feature. Reports are reviewed by the MatchVibe safety team and may result in content removal, account restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
How we respond
- We review user reports related to sexual content, grooming, exploitation, impersonation, harassment, scams, and other abuse.
- We remove illegal or policy-violating content when identified.
- We restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, or child endangerment.
- We preserve relevant records when necessary for safety, abuse investigation, or legal compliance.
- We report confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to appropriate regional or national authorities when required by applicable law.
Law enforcement and compliance
MatchVibe complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with valid legal requests from law enforcement and child safety authorities. We do not permit users to use MatchVibe to create, request, share, promote, or distribute CSAM or CSAE content.
